I'm banking on the guy that kept Kennedy Chandler from going to Duke.

I can't imagine any of Williams's other options will provide him with more minutes in a better situation. Situation = (2) 6th year guards, a stud freshman wing, a do it all defensive stopper, and the best Big in the conference.

I am more confident in Nnaji than I am with Offurum, and I am pretty confident in Offurum.

KE and staff know how much we need a PG. They are going to land rudi. Can’t want to see him driving around campus in a corvet!

Rudi Williams really would be walking into an awesome situation at Mason, this roster is ready-made to win. We just need that veteran PG to plug in and it's go time. I think I saw that Rudi averaged 9 assists per game his second year of JUCO. That's hard to do at the D1 level, but he might get close.

Gotta believe there’s a reason Rudi came to Fairfax before taking any of his other scheduled visits. Hopefully the steak is exceptional and he decides to commit on the spot.

Time waits for no man! I’ve seen kids with D1 offers now picking up D1 Juco offers So either you waited too long to commit or the offer wasn’t real Either way someone out here giving bad advice to kids

I don’t think he got to the line a whole lot, but he did have a few bad games (two 0-4, one 1-4, and one 3-9).

36% from 3 though. That’s not bad.

If you look at the recruits this way:

Singleton replaces Otis
Rudi replaces XJ
Nnaji replaces what we should have had with Mbaye

That’s a pretty good upgrade over what we had last season.

Guess my confidence was misguided. While PG is the top priority, Kim absolutely wanted a PF type to come in and play big minutes. There’s still tons of guys in the portal, but none that we’ve been connected to.
