Unfortunately, no. I was watching the PGA Championship will skimming the boards and — as GS pointed out — I completely got Lange and McCall mixed up. I do agree with Earl that SJU is a a glutton for punishment for brining Lange back. And not that it matters, but I was inspired by how the UMASS players rallied around McCall and Anthony Grant's response after their game.

This is a very good hire for East Carolina. Schwartz is a defensive genius.

East Carolina is expected to hire Tennessee assistant Mike Schwartz, multiple sources told
@Stadium.
$1 million means a lot more to some SEC schools than others. Missouri would be one of those schools.We haven’t talked about exit clauses for English yet: no reciprocal scheduling I could see, but there is a $1 million buyout clause (which is peanuts for Mizzou, but would help us immensely in our next coaching search).
Hope he sticks around!
The timing could kill us. Missouri takes four weeks trying to convince hot coaches to accept the job. None do. They turn to KE. Other schools have already made hires. We are left with the scraps.

The flip side of that is that Kim gets pissed that he's their fourth choice and decides to stay at Mason to finish what he started.The timing could kill us. Furthermore, he could build something really special here. Something his, something legendary, something even OCM couldn't build. Some call it Gonzaga of the East....but I think Mason World in Plain English sounds cool too (ok, its corny)...... To name a few, Dean Smith, John Wooden, Bob McKillop, Mark Few, Scott Nagy, Rick Byrd are Kings, imo, in college bball. They stayed put. Stayed committed to their students and program. They were true teachers of the game. Dedicated to learning. Not dedicated to chasing money. If this is about money, I get the fast money is enticing, but then you get fired, forgotten, and back as an assistant, or worse. There is tremendous value to Kim's position at Mason. Living in the most diverse, the most powerful area in the world, has to stand for something. Especially for a man of color and a father of two girls. The question is, does he realize he is sitting at the footings of his own Kingdom?The flip side of that is that Kim gets pissed that he's their fourth choice and decides to stay at Mason to finish what he started.
The PGA Championship is in May, so I'm assuming gmutom means The Players ChampionshipUnfortunately, no. Or, he could decide that the A10 coaching ranks are deeper then he thought, and it's best for him to take a bite out of the apple now -- which likely will set him up financially for life (3-4 yrs at Mizzou @2million per year).Or, he could just respectfully decline to be considered for the position now.
