Grad transfer or would he have to sit for a year? Seems a little thin for that height but those are solid numbers.

I’d love to see the white board in Paulsens home office to see who they are actually reaching out to.

I think he’s a sophomore with one sit two to play.

I’d love for mason to get a guy like that. Bunch of programs at different levels are linked to him.

A 5'4" 99 pound power forward from Thailand.

jokes aside they actually have gone after more athleticism and length. I could see them wanting a traditional big or a guard with good size (6’4 and above) or a lengthy forward like a Jordan miller.

Wichita St 7 footer just committed to Grand Canyon University (fairly new D1 program). I have a hard time believing this "no big men transfers available because P5s poach all of them".

Bryce Drew has been there less than a month and made that happen.

Read that a 7 foot preferred walk on named Braden Burke at Michigan State is a grad transfer. Barely played. Apparently averaged 15 minutes a game, 4.3 and 2.7 at Robert Morris in '16-'17. I'd be happy if Mason could get someone in between the Colgate guy and this guy in ability. Asking too much?

We all know you would
You’re so flip floppy it’s crazy. You first think we are unbeatable but hurt so it shouldn’t count, then admit we want need a big man, then hate on every transfer that equal or lesser schools get to come in that are big men because you are so thick headed about being right about your original thought of no big men transfers being available to A10 or lesser schools. Just be consistent for once.

I haven’t flip-flopped on anything. I still think we need another big man. But I’d like one who can play ... zero sense in using the last scholarship on someone who isn’t any better than Oduro and Calixte.

Kid who played 5 less minutes a game than Oduro at Wichita st is probably a good get. Especially since he was behind an all conference center. But ok

I don’t know anything about him. That’s why I asked if he is more than just tall. Meant nothing by it.

Any idea if the kid can play or are we just supposed to be impressed because he’s tall?
I watched him a couple times this year. He’s not a program changer by any means. But he’s a very solid role player at most schools and would push for a starting slot in our lineup. It would at least be a competition.

No thanks. I'd rather go after a player transferring up than down. It just hasn't worked for Mason in my recollection (Reuter, Royal, Okoloji, etc.).

Relax. It's a joke. Kinda like our program.
