12) Rapolas Ivanauskas, 6-10, 230, PF, Grad, Colgate
Stats: 13.1 ppg, 7.6 rpg
Scout’s take: “Can play the four or the five. Can pick and pop, pick and roll, capable 3-point shooter who is very aggressive in the post and can score over either shoulder and either block, but he’s best when his isolated on the right block. Will back you down and usually it’s not coming back out.”

dave better be calling this kid...when I see

6’10
Pick and pop
Three point shooter
Aggressive in the post

good grief.
maybe if we all tweet this at him he will actually learn about this kid? worth a try?

Would love to have a little more depth at the 5. I also like the idea of pushing Oduro to earn his starting spot. Not saying he’d lose it to this guy, I have never seen him play/know nothing about him, but I think it’s always good to give competition to freshman/sophomores to earn starting jobs.

We (Mason fans, board members) collectively need to be more active on twitter with recruits in general. If you see any recruit receive an offer on twitter, please like and retweet that offer and maybe even follow the kid. We know the limitations that our current staff faces in the recruiting world, this is the ONLY way we can help.

He's more skilled than anyone we currently have. He's also "deceptively" athletic. ;)

It’s definitely a unique skill he has at 6’10 to play like that. I suspect power 5s are all over him but hopefully Dave and co show interest.

Nate Sestina from Bucknell went to friggin Kentucky as a grad transfer last year.

Given the dearth of competent bigs in the grad transfer pool this year, I’d put the chances of this kid coming to Mason at roughly 0.00000000001.

There is a difference, though, between players you liked to watch and all-time greats.

Yeah, look at the commits to the guys ranked around him -- Texas A&M, Tennessee, Kentucky...

Agreed -- liking or retweeting is one thing, commenting on their tweets is another.
