I thought he wasn’t transferring but testing the waters with the NBA?
Just putting the puzzle pieces together. He’s not going back to play his senior season with an almost entirely new team unless he has no other options, which he most likely will.

4 of 5 transfers have transferred down conferences though... not like they are going to equivalent or better schools
So, you're saving that he will either go pro or enter the transfer portal?
They’re losing 5 seniors
I know they will have a young team next year, but my point was they still dont' have a transfer. One of the few teams in the league that don't at this juncture.
Bones Hyland has no other options? Jim come onNot surprised given the makeup of their roster. Other than Santos-Silva, their returning players don’t have any better options.
But they’re bringing in several highly ranked freshmen so if those kids are good enough to play right away, they’ll have some other guys leave after next season.

Shit forgot about him. I knew I was missing somebody LOL
Lol thats who I was thinking of specifically. "Hmm let me sit out a year (or not, TBD) and gain weight and shoot the lights out for a BCS program"...
I'm excited about Polite going up against Bones though.

Rhode Island transfer Jacob Toppin tells me that he has cut his list to the following programs:
Kentucky
Oregon
Iowa State
vcu just picked up a kid who’s 7’1 from Coppin St. 2 years of eligibility left. See how hard can it be to get a big man, this dude would start for us. Started all his games at Coppin State and averaged 10/12/3 last season.

A bigger blow to vcu is that Santos-Silva just announced he’s transferring for his senior year.
These kids must know the NCAA is going to approve the 1 time transfer rule in May.
