Is there anything on the vcu boards?

According to Ram Nation, their coach will never leave them. He loves vcu and Richmond. He has too much integrity and class to leave his players; they are like family to him.
EDIT: My mistake, that was from an old Shaka Smart thread.
I was curious, so I did some digging. Brooks is a VT alumn and former VT classmate of current Hokies AD Whit Babcock. Also Brooks' daughter (until now, a presumptive JMU recruit) just committed to VT.That is surprising given the respect and record he earned at JMU. I wonder how much more VA Tech was offering.
It really would seem premature. Could end up being overly aggressive and wreck his career. On the real, though - there's 0% chance he goes right? I just can't imagine him leaving so soon.
How do you know that?
I'll take Nashville over Richmond. I'll take VU over vcu.

All over their boards..because the AD is tweeting how they are working on things and the media is actually following and reporting minute by minute updates down there.
Bottom line is vcu is publicly posturing that they are working on-and I quote the AD-- "sweeteners" to his deal due to this year's success.

He loves vcu so much he swindled them for more money lolJeff Goodman @GoodmanESPN
vcu athletic director Ed McLaughlin told ESPN that Will Wade has agreed to a new 8-year deal thru 2024. Had interest from Vanderbilt.
