no in person season ticket deliveries this year?

I was talking to a friend today (a long time season ticket holder) who said he had gotten an email from Andy Ruge that indicated that his tickets would be delivered by "someone" tomorrow afternoon. I'm officially jealous!

Posted this over on the ticket exchange forum, but I'll share here, too: I've got two tickets to the home opener up for sale. Section 101, Row B. I'll probably have more over the course of the season since we are now 3 hours away from Fairfax instead of 1.5. Shoot me a message if you have interest.

My flag was torn and very dirty. I guess that's what happens when deliveries go through Richmond...

GIVING DAY 2023
So I'm gonna miss my first home opener this season since my kids were small.

My daughter is visiting Princeton on Saturday the 12th and apparently I am expected to accompany her.

I'm proud to have a really smart kid, but the timing of this visit really leaves a lot to be desired.

Ha! We actually moved away from Richmond to the mountains, but most of our mail/packages still go through there.

Congrats to her for even thinking about Princeton! For me, any campus visit with one of my (now adult) kids was one of my very favorite things to do as a parent. An oasis of people seeking to uncover truth and make themselves more knowledgeable about the world!

Fortunately, none of those visits ever conflicted with Mason home games!

Safe travels!

Yes, this excursion was obviously planned by my wife with zero accommodation for the Mason basketball schedule.

Princeton is great.

Every year with the first snowfall, the students run through campus naked. I was up there 25 years ago to visit my bud. It was awesome, although my erection was severely limited by the cold. Because it was cold. Normally I'm a lot bigger than this, I had to say often to the smart naked chicks.
Anyway, congrats Jim. I'm sure your daughter (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (boy, this is reading like an "unclassified" Hillary email!) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) and then (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) (redacted) because you raised her right!

We beat Virginia Tech in our scrimmage today.

Yeah I mean it isn't a great look to lose to DII but I also refuse to put too much stock in preseason.

Also, is there something about these scrimmages that prevents them from being open? Seems like a good way to make sole cash with how many tech fans live here. $5 to get in, might be an away game in Fairfax but it doesn't matter for anything.
