vcu can kiss its top-20 national recruiting class goodbye.

Two of the three recruits will probably follow Shaka to UT.

The third, a SG from the Richmond burbs, held an offer from UNC and just might check to see if they still have a scholarship available.

With the way Shaka was recruiting, vcu was right on the cusp of becoming a perennial top-15 program. They were going to be loaded with 4-star kids for the foreseeable future if he stayed.

Instead, it's Total Freaking Wreckage. Yes!!!!!!

Don't think anyone is saying it's a bad job. It's definitely a good job. Nothing wrong with laughing at the vcu fans for a bit. They've been an arrogant bunch as of late.

Good luck trying to replace that guy. Shaka was a god to the hipsters -- I think they truly believed that he loved them and loved Richmond and would never leave. As usual, it turned out to be so much BS.

The fickle bastards in their fan base will go berserk and cannibalize the next coach after his first 2-game losing streak.
