Let's go ladies!Women win their opener 69 - 67 over FL International
When was that girl here that transferred from UConn? We did pretty well that year didn't we. Wasn't she A10 POY or something?Ladies win by 2 at Loyola. I saw the 4th quarter on espn+. We led by 10 after 3 qtrs but couldn't do anything right for most of the period and were behind by 4 with less than 2 minutes left. But they rallied with a couple of clutch fts and 2 put-backs for the win. Apparently we led throughout, mostly on the strength of offensive rebounds. Not necessarily a great win, but likely it's been a while since the team was 2-0 (or even won 2 consecutive games)! Progress!
