Now Mason Twitter just broadcasted Oduro and Hartwell at Kenner. I went last Sunday and Oduro wasn't there for Higher Level and Hartwell had like 2 min of playing time during his game. This needs to stop!!

How dare they promote and share information when people on here bitch about lack of such!

Seriously, I'd rather Mason Basketball send me a tweet everytime Paulsen has a heart palpatation from the sugar in his Dew than the radio silence we've had over the last few years. I'm all for a bigger social media presence for the program, we've gotta start somewhere.

Lol promote something worth promoting! Think about it from a new fan perspective. You see this tweet and drive into DC. The players are no shows or play barely any minutes. Will you come to a game this season? Answer that!!

Same with MM in summer league. You take your personal time to watch a Timberwolves summer league game and he plays 2 minutes. Are you prideful of the program?

Promote what is worth promoting!!!

Also, there are no guarantees when it comes to Kenner -- whether a player shows up or not, or plays or doesn't play, or even if the rosters are entirely accurate (players will randomly show up for a game and then leave).

I'm actually surprised Hartwell is around for Kenner. He must be taking summer classes.

Most will see the tweet and say oh that’s cool, a Mason player made the NBA and never think about it again.

That's what Kenner League is unfortunately all about. It's not a perfect system and yes, it'd be nice to have all 3 of our players stacked on one team but it is what it is. Kenner is and always has been 100% risk. I've shown up to a Tombs game at noon to see a new freshman only for them to be a no-show and I'll wait 3 games to hopefully see a few other Mason players.

Just saw this and thought it was cool, graduating senior Jewel Tiggs is joining the staff of Louisiana-Monroe as a grad assistant for the women's basketball team.

Former Louisville players Luke Hancock, Gorgui Dieng, Stephan van Treese, Tim Henderson and Michael Marra agreed to a settlement with the NCAA in a lawsuit centered on Louisville vacating its 2013 national championship.

According to WDRB in Louisville, the school's national title will remain vacated. However, the players will have their statistics and on-court achievements from the tournament reinstated. Hancock will once again be officially recognized as the 2013 Final Four Most Outstanding Player.

The NCAA ruled in February 2018 that Louisville would have to take down the banners celebrating its 2012 Final Four trip and 2013 title. Hancock played a pivotal role in the 2013 Final Four, scoring 42 combined points against Wichita State and Michigan.

"Fischer became the first Tribe head coach since 1947-48 to win his W&M debut on the road."

After seeing W&M beat High Point last night, it made me wonder where Scott Cherry is now. He was an assistant coach at Briarcrest last year...the same place where our own Johnny Williams and the real Michael Oher from the Blindside went to HS. Now he's working as Director of Sports Ministry
of United Methodist Christ Church in Memphis. Interesting stuff. Hope he's enjoying his more stable and less stressful role.
