Mar should of been on all rookie team I feel.

Kind of sucks... with these all conference teams, they generally keep to a 3 guard, 2 forward selection. At Forward, Golden is clearly deserving. French and Mar could be interchangeable.

With his great freshman year, Goanar Mar does not make the A10 All rookie team.

This really shows that the A10 is full of some great young players and will quite possibly be the best non P5 conference for several years to come.

This year was an anomaly.

In two years, the 5th place team in the A10 could very well be on the NCAA tourney bubble.

GIVING DAY 2023
With all the seniors leaving after this season, Otis has a legit chance to be preseason POY next season.

He got the second-most votes of any non-senior this season, behind only Grady.

Not too shabby for a kid who had zero scholarship offers entering his senior year of high school.

I'll do his next update after the a-10 tournament, but he's moved up a few slots in a few categories.

It's looking like he's going to finish top 3 or 4 in career points, 3's, free throws, free throw percentage, assists, starts, and maybe a couple more.

He's going to have to be in the discussion for best career in the history of GMU hoops.

Otis Livingston II : Paulsen :: George Evans : Larranaga

Both O2 and Evans brought the program back from life support after the respective dark days.

With numbers like that, there should be a #4 in the rafters one day next to 21 and a few others

In all of the recent developments, one thing worth pointing out is how Otis's attitude, drive and leadership has never once waned from his usual self. He is more than accepts and understands his role as mainly a scoring threat rather than a facilitator. The offense no longer starts and ends with him.

I can’ read his mind but it seems that he actually appreciates the longer rests he gets on the bench. Compared to last year when he looked completely spent by the end of the year playing nearly 39 minutes/game.

Most of the time he is not the one bringing the ball up the floor except at the end of games when we are ahead and we need the ball in his hands for free throw purposes (great strategic move by DP).

Just a great great person all the time. It is hard to believe a player with almost zero offers out of high school has risen to the heights he has. If you ever want to give your kids an example of perseverance and dedication, look no further than Otis my man!
