Its different. The official Atlantic 10 player of the week is Obi Toppin. But still, cool to be recognized.

In one of the greatest individual performances by a Mason player, Javon had 39 points (15-22 FG's, 5-10 3-pt. FG's, & 4-6 FT's), 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 turnover, & 5 steals in 39 minutes in the 97-87 loss to UR today. His 39 points broke the EagleBank Arena record for a Mason player, and his 15 FG's tied another.

Ive been hard on him all year for going missing on offense but damn that’s a hell of a stat line. Would love for him to average 15-20. He’s had a couple games now where when he can get to the rim he explodes on offense.

Just wanted to give Javon Greene some love after dropping 39 and 32 in the last two games. Hes stepping up in Kier's absence on both ends of the floor.

If this is any indication of what he truly can be as a basketball player, its a very good thing. I also think he will be primed for a big senior year should it continue, which would be great for the team overall.

Agreed and Javon seems to never get the props he deserves from the boards including g myself.

He truly is carrying this team the last two games and has emerged as a leader. Way to step it up Javon! 71 points in two games, great effort and performance.

With a team-high 2 steals in Mason's 77-57 loss vs. Richmond this afternoon at EBA, Javon has 138 career steals, passing Jon Larranaga (137) and Corey Edwards (137) for 9th place in career steals at Mason.
