Alright now that it’s officially out there.

Yes, Tony has finalized an extension making him the highest paid men’s basketball coach in school history at 1.8. I don’t know how it breaks down but that’s the number.

Hats off to the Mason administration for being proactive and getting this rolling late in the season. This ensured that they could control what was in their power, shows respect to Tony, and keeps our program with the same leader. As long as Tony is paid in the top 4 of the league, we should be good holding onto him. We will need to give him more later.

Best way to support is now by giving a few bucks to the basketball greatness fund. The more folks show approval to investment in basketball the better.

Great way to kickoff the first week of the offseason. Go mason.

At this point, it almost seems like you're rooting for Tony to take the job.......let it go my man.

I highly doubt Maryland, a perennial top 25 team would hire a coach without NCAA Tourney experience.

Let it go guys. Especially if Willard departs in a nasty divorce. They would have a better chance of hiring Duane Simpkins.
