I agree because, if i'm understanding you correctly, this shouldn't be an entire staff comprised of former Mason players and staffers. I know we all love that era, but that'd be insane. In truth, my gut tells me we won't see a single former Mason asst or player as an assistant. His former running mates will be around the program, no doubt. But the operations should be a crew that'll best position him for success.

Also hiring Tony will ensure that the final four guys will be around the program. He is going to be an excellent partner to Folarin Campbell who is already in the Patriot club. If its anyone who knows what we need, its our very own.

As I said to someone earlier, give Tony everything he wants. If he asks for $100, give him $125, and do not let him ask twice.
