Eat a bag of dicksThank god, they sucked. Now Paulsen and the staff can get to work on filling holes on this roster.

Then blame Coach Paulsen for signing them. By all accounts, they did exactly what they were asked to do; came in, worked hard, kept good attitudes, stayed academically eligible, and performed to the best of their abilities.
I wish them all well wherever they go and in whatever they do next on & off the court.
Maybe you're not a jerk in real life, but comments like this sure do make you seem like one.
You certainly are allowed to have your opinion. I personally would take no pride in calling myself " a jerk in real life". I want a winning program that dances regularly just as much as you do. But, I also understand the role that everyone on the roster has and what they bring to the program. I think you may be lacking some understanding in this area. Danny, Kameron, and DeAndre all contributed to the 20 win season. I wish them all well.No that's ok im a jerk in real life too. Glad our rental players are doing what they are supposed to do and move on. You guys fall in love with every kid that comes through here, I just care about wins . Go hang out with them , I'll be looking to see who Paulsen brings in next.

This may be a dumb question, but do coaches talk players into transferring? How does that work?
I'm thinking if I'm Kam or Danny I'd be ok on the practice squad of a team I have no business being on and getting a free ride at a good school vs. transfer to a lower school to maybe get some pt and possibly a worse education

The only thing that matters here is winning. There is a Bunch of loser crybabies on this board that can not handle hearing the truth. Until we start winning and making the tournament consistently, the players, coaches and program are a failure. Nothing else is acceptable but winning and advancing in the tournament.
No. Number one is being a classy program with classy fan base and classy players who represent your university, because your way we might as well be choking players or throwing chairs at them in practice or hiring hookers to recruit them.
And let me remind you of guys like Makan Konate and Chris Fleming who both have final four rings while sitting mostly at the end of our bench. It didn't seem to hurt those teams too much having practice players who never got into the game.
So either go suck on Calipari's nuts or learn some class.

Your loser attitude is exactly why our program is in the crapper and we haven't made the dance in years. You love losing and probably supported hiring Hewitt and Paulson . No wonder we can't beat vcu with fans who don't expect to win.

If you mean can other coaches from other schools contact potential transfers, the answer is no. The player has to get written permission for other schools' coaches to discuss transfer opportunities with them. The written permission is granted by the athletic director from the current school and is granted or denied specific to each individual school that the athlete wants to potentially transfer to. So in essence, the athlete has to have a school in mind and get permission before having any contact with that coach/school.This may be a dumb question, but do coaches talk players into transferring?
