But the other two are fine. Except for not having GEORGE on them.
Walt, why are you so hung up on the George part? Let it go, man. We are MASON!

Please don't make me post the Frozen song.Walt, why are you so hung up on the George part? Let it go, man. We are MASON!
Does it make you this mad when people call Syracuse 'Cuse?Don't like it. Never have. Either change the name of the damn university or use the whole name.

Well, now that you mention it. I do hate that South Carolina uses just "Carolina." Which Carolina is that? North or South? The casual fan probably doesn't know. And, yes, 'Cuse is stupid. Of course, if your official name was VPI&SU you would shorten it.
We got over $100M in free publicity ten years ago and we were "George Mason" and we wore green. Well, some dumbasses decided we would start wearing yellow or black and drop the "George." A smart move would have been to build on the foundation, not to then try to re-brand.
But we also got confused with George Washington and James Madison all the time, too, not to mention another more prestigious George University in the area.
I think it's a smart move going to Mason.
Let's also not compare shortening the name of a state like North Carolina to shortening a person's name. In fact, athletes are often referred to by their last name.
If our namesake played basketball, I'm sure his coach would constantly call him "Mason," as in: "Damn it, Mason, how many times have I told you not to wear the road green nickers for home games?!"
Haha, that was amazing. Well done.Considering what we know about George Mason (short, stocky and gave credit to the Bill of Rights to someone else), it is obvious he would be a pass first point guard.

I like the clean look of the white and green, the grey is meh. Also like the use of Mason, as it is consistent with the school's branding effort which was started years ago to move away from the use of GMU.
Next step is to make sure that all of our apparel that is given away/sold uses the same color green that is in the jersey. #babysteps
