She’s just way different in the sense that she won’t have a constructive conversation, ever from what I can see. I never see an actual breakdown of basketball in anyway. It’s just hearts all the time if they win, and telling people they suck when they lose. It would be like someone saying someone is a troll if someone said “I didn’t like that paulsen had a guy play after having 3 fouls early in the first half” or something else simple about the game.

Don’t know how else to put it to words unfortunately.

Do Mason players have host families in the area that help them? I know when I was a kid, one of our neighbors was a host family for one of the Colorado St players - he used to go over to their house to do laundry and get a home cooked meal. He would play basketball with us some times - it was a fun situation. Does Mason do this too? Is she Otis’s host mom?

Don’t get me wrong, even if she is his host mom, she still takes it way too far... but it would make a little more sense.

Plus, she calls herself Mason’s number one fan - and I believe Mason had a vote for that and I don’t think she won. I can’t remember who did win, but I know it wasn’t her. It’s false advertising.

DJ3 just might be, other than me, the most honest/accurate poster on these boards. You get him banned, I might go too. Without us, you guys would run wild with crazy talk of G Mas being the strongest team in the A10 with the best coach, etc, without being held accountable for that nonsense.. These boards owe us a debt of gratitude.

Maybe it’s the fact that I recently watched that new Michael Jackson Doc on HBO but this lady comes off creepy AF to me. Her video reminds me of one of the videos Michael made for one of the little boys on his Birthday.

I feel like the whole “host family” idea while beneficial in theory is a violation nightmare for NCAA compliance. I’ve never heard of our players being allocated to families for support and what now. I’ve seen her post on recruits’ twitters after we’ve offered and she something like,”come to Fairfax and be one of my Patriot children, I’m the team Mom.”

Ok, that is really creepy if she's doing that. I don't follow recruits on Twitter, so I've never seen one of her comments.
