Maybe my team didn't win last year, but I had a great time in Brooklyn. Cheap flights, great food, and reasonable hotel rates. And it was worth it just to watch about 5000 vcu fans file out of the Barclays heartbroken.

I can envision the release from the AD:

They are immune to it and the same 15 people will still go to Brooklyn like last year. Better product=more fans, simple as that.

This has Pittsburgh A10 Tournament circa 2017 written all over it. We'll need OT to beat Fordham, play vcu the next day and will lose by double digits. Except everything will happen a day earlier
