Saturday's matchup marks the eighth all-time meeting between Mason and Davidson. The Wildcats hold a 5-2 advantage in the series. The teams have split the past four matchups. Mason has not played at Davidson since the 2016-17 season, when the Green & Gold captured a 76-69 win. The Patriots are 1-2 inside Belk Arena. The Wildcats have won the past two meetings (both in Fairfax), including a tight 61-56 contest last season.
