How f**king hilarious will it be when last place Miami loses to Danny Dixon and NC State?

Tell me, have you bandwagon Larranaga bros pulled your donations to the U now that he is not successful? Or do you still donate to the U and their subpar athletic programs?

This is all part of the plan, Jollay!

Coach L always knew his time would run out at Miami - activating his exit strategy. Watch for him to be relieved at the U, and a smooth transition back to Mason as the new AD in the next couple years!

Not sure if I'm kidding? Neither am I.

Boy I'd have to revert back to kiss a** from #1 critic in a hurry!

Danny Dixon goes for big numbers as L has no answer for one of Paulsen's better recruits; Miami falls to NC State 93-61.

Miami, last place, L's defenders...SAD

sarcasm man... I think everyone but you got that
yeah i don't follow transfers stats at all, so I did not get the sarcasm. Also the one game of NC State I saw Dixon had a few buckets, so the idea he got 10+ points in a blowout win doesn't seem far fetched.

Sorry, sometimes I tend to exaggerate.

Wish I was here. Miami gives up 99 points to FSU, falls again. Now under .500 and even more in last place in the ACC.

Only team to give up more points against Florida St. this year? Chicago State.

Just sad. Really pathetic. Some of you donors should write their AD.

Could've saved a lotta frustration if GMU paid Larranaga what he was worth.

You can blame Merten for that one.

Although, I wonder where we would have gotten the money to match? vcu upped student fees to pay for it? Would Merten have done the same?

Probably would have been worth it. What's a few extra bucks when grads are already coming out with exorbitant debt?

The rich get richer, but at least GMU may have a nationally relevant basketball team.

I don't know, what is 8-23 the last two years in the ACC worth?

That's like 9 years down the line. Coach L stays, sales through the vcu-less CAA for two seasons, joins vcu in two years in the A-10 with Sherrod Wright, Bryon Allen, Corey Edwards, Jonathan Arledge, Johnny Williams plus two years worth of recruits and a** rapes the A-10 for a few seasons and then retires gracefully and we name the court after him.

When I was a student fees were about $150 per credit. I doubt students would even notice if fees were raised to $175

Binghamton U (in Vestal, NY) just announced a $60M donation for baseball (their baseball facility was already better than the Hap, IMO).

Interesting part about their student fees

"Students are charged a fee based on the number of credits they take each semester. The fee was $19 a credit during the 2010-11 academic year, according to university records. The same fee is now $26.25, a 38% increase."
