Snowflake was a great diversion, but to compare him to Mikey the Chimp? Not even close. Mikey brought us the final four. Snowflake just made us laugh.
I can understand one of those favorite things, but for the other two I have some replacements .
Mine are George Mason, 20 year old coeds and beer.

No kidding. Where are the moderators around here? I know ZA, ZM and Sythe are consumed by their real jobs, but wijg went from being our most active poster to disappearing. Very strange.
No mystery, nothing fishy. I am here. Everything has been out in the open. I just don't have anything positive to say at the moment. Until we are out of the information void on our new coach, it is only natural to to start worrying that things are going wrong the longer it takes, other schools are getting our guys, etc. So, I am avoiding posting on the topic, mostly. I am trying to reform by d-bag ways. ;-)
As for why I am a moderator, I made a suggestion about allowing more people that are on here regularly to be able to clean up spam threads. mhadmin did what I would have done and effectively said "nice idea, run with it" and allowed me to become a moderator. If you guys want to be one, I would suggest you volunteer for it. I might point out that I bet you have not seen any spam threads hanging around for long since the change was made, have you?
Not sure what you would like moderated. It is not not like PoorManProfit has done anything against the rules. I don't believe being a vcu fan and posting on here is against the rules. His posts aren't spam (well, you know what I mean), so they are beyond my appointed duties. That is partly why I have slowed my posting down, since my posts have the word moderator associated with them. Except for calling out P8 for starting new threads for almost everyone of his posts (which evidently it didn't sink in), I am avoiding commenting on peoples posting style too much as I don't want it to be construed as an official moderator position.
I can go back to bringing up the $85k issue (and now possibly the additional $100k issue of letting Fordham's executive search team give us their leftovers...) and how I think we may have missed the boat on Howland (or whoever was the original target) by not firing Hewitt early, but most people have made it clear recently that they don't like opinions that are precieved as critical of our AD, so I have stopped offering them.

WIJG - I actually value your input. It is a totally new breath of fresh air that we here are not used to . I may disagree with some of your points - but you provide some unprecedented value to these boards - a perspective we have never had before.

Dan and Pikapp, I appreciate it. I am not down, I was just curtailing voicing my opinions so loudly as they seemed to be ruffling too many feathers. It is a community on here, after all, and I did not want to be seen like PMP.
Pikapp-I am aware that a certain poster is spreading rumors about my identity on here. I will point out that he was dead wrong at least once before in guessing my identity. I will say that his guess on my identity is much closer this time. Some of the information I have put on here has been directly fed to me by the person I have been alluded to being as I know him pretty well. As a side note, he will be traveling to Texas in the VERY near future, looking at possibly moving there.
