I hate the NCAA doesn't use precision timing, yet every conference is willing to pay for the service. The NCAA doesn't want to pay for it and tried to offer only tickets in exchange for it. instead, we get end of game timing issues like last night's UNC-Iowa St games (for those not in-the-know, precision timing is a product that stops the clock when the ref blows his/her whistle.)
I hate that the NCAA told both San Diego St and New Mexico St that the losing team would be forced to head home after the game on Thursday night; this was the last game of the night in Spokane. The NCAA is really interested in whats best for the student athletes: http://deadspin.com/sdsus-coach-rants-against-the-ncaa-in-postgame-presser-1548823149
I hate the NCAA (and CBS/Turner) scheduled the Villanova-UConn game to tip after 9:30pm ET from Buffalo, NY. Michigan St-Harvard started around 7:30ish ET from Spokane. Should the MSU-Harvard game tipped at 9:30pm ET (6:30pm PT local time)? That way, Nova-UConn wouldn't be getting done close to midnight? I wonder if both teams had to head home right after the game.......
