Ask Chris Thompson about turf toe. It's sidelined him a solid 5 weeks. Hopefully it's a lesser extent for Calixte.

If it was that bad initially to not be able to walk on it, it’s definitely not a grade 1.Ask Chris Thompson about turf toe. It's sidelined him a solid 5 weeks. Hopefully it's a lesser extent for Calixte.
Yeah I’m not claiming to know anything, I’m just relaying a google searchAsk Chris Thompson about turf toe. It's sidelined him a solid 5 weeks. Hopefully it's a lesser extent for Calixte.
Nebraska it is... down 3 at the half to Washington State and won by 11... scored 48 points in the 2nd half
For a trip down memory lane, do you recall January 4, 1999? On this date, Mason played ODU which had won 22 of the first 23 games between the schools (1978-1998). The Patriots crushed the Monarchs at the Patriot Center 83-53. I remember ODU getting very physical in the game, and Coach L responding by putting his most physical players on the court including Gulf War veteran George Evans, Nsilo Abraham, & Nik Mirich. Needless to say, the game ended without any further incidents.
The Patriots went on to win the CAA championship that season. And, starting with the foregoing game, the Patriots are 21-14 vs. ODU.
I’m happy we are 6-1 but Fordham started last season like 9-0..still a long way to go and lots of things to improve on. A-10 looks super competitive this year too. Hoping for the wins to keep coming.
7-3 w/a loss to Houston Baptist in their second game.
Not like it matters but Fordham started 6-1 last year as well. .
No, it doesn't matter. But if we're going to make the silly comparison, losing to #5 Maryland on their court w/ACC refs isn't quite the same as losing to Houston Baptist.
The point being, or at least my point being, you can look for the negatives at every turn and go through life as a miserable $hitbird, or you can enjoy the journey. Mason has played 7 times this year and I've been able to smile at the outcome in six of them.
And that's w/out their projected best player....though AJ is making a hard run at that title too.
I agree. My point and what I think DCU's point, or at least I hope is his point, is that let's enjoy being 6-1 but not settle or get cocky with that good start. The schedule (outside of UMD) has not been difficult but the guys have played hard and can only beat who is on their schedule. We have some winnable games ahead of us and let's build on this 6-1 start and hopefully use the experience of playing #5 in the country on their home court to our advantage.

I guess I just don't follow the boards as closely as you do, so humor me on this one. Can you identify three posters here that have gotten "too cocky" with the 6-1 start? How about two of them? One????
Maybe it's a terminology thing but I can't name a single one.
