Mason does not have one individual in the top 13 scorers in the A10. But does have the 1th, 15th, and 16th top scorers in the conference so far. Pretty balanced scoring thus far.

With our top returning scorer out, I love that we are using balanced scoring rather than one guy trying to fill Kier's shoes. This will make Justin's return more seamless and will ensure that everybody is still involved in the offense.

One potential matchup in the Cayman Islands, Nebraska, has been pretty awful so far. Hopefully, we get past ODU and get the better of the two teams (I mean, who knows, but I suspect Washington St. is going to handle Nebraska in their game).

Yeah I mean all Mason can do is control who they play by hopefully beating ODU. I'd be very happy with 2 wins in Cayman regardless of who they play.

If we can keep balanced scoring and get good performances from Oduro and Miller - we should win. I would also like to see Gonar Mar do what he did in the second half of the JMU game - penetrate and make those mid-distance jumpers. I also want more Hartwell.

Haha yeah- Mar is a big help on the offensive side of the ball and could open things up for others. I too am enjoying all the balance on offense, and I'm hoping with Kier coming back it only supplements and doesn't throw everything off. Should be fine though.

It's interesting I was just telling a fellow Mason fan the other day that it's nice to have a team where I'm watching the game and not have one guy where I yell "Oh, sh*t." when he has the ball. Even the bigs seem patient and confident.

This team is going to get worked pretty hard by UMD, which is fine provided they understand that they can't keep giving up backdoor cuts and offensive rebounds and cheap fouls and expect to win against any good teams.
