They got pretty lucky, it’s technically good for the conference but they definitely don't look deserving of a top 25 ranking.

Tonight was an Eastwood "Spaghetti Western." The Good (first half, except for the last minute). The Bad (2nd half defense). The Ugly (The inconsistency over the course of the game). Nevertheless a win is a win. We did enough to get the W. Oduro is playing better than I thought he would/could as a freshman. XJ has the potential to be a stud on both ends. Haidera is a good defender for a freshman. Hartwell, great first half. Greene, great 2nd half. AJ, good overall effort. Students? Great showing for game 2, keep it up.

Didn't like some of the open looks we gave them in the second half. Sounds like from the post-game presser, Paulsen wasn't too happy about the rotations and closeouts at times, either.

Still, this could be an interesting season if Kier heals up sooner rather than later. Let's keep this mojo rolling.

Just as I predicted, Longwood was going to live or die by the 3 pointer. Big props to Javon to match most of Longwood’s 3’s when they made like 5 in a row.

Love the entire team contributed the final 10 minutes and made big shots to hold onto the win.

Clearly it was a bigger crowd than the Navy game which was around 5,700. It's Family Weekend so that was a positive influence on attendance.

Not many Longwood fans.

For future reference Jollay, they've blocked off the first 2 aisles of Lot A, near the creek and across the road from the Aquatic Center parking lot. I think the plan is to do that for future tailgates as well.
