Playing better defense and they're finally missing some shots. Gotta keep rebounding those misses and pushing the ball.

Hey, kudos to Goanar Mar, the kid hasn't quit, and he is a player. Way too many open looks for LT, Not going to win many playing like that. On the other hand Kier, Boyd took the night off. Too many Taquilas.
Maybe they can figure it out for tomorrows game. Another loss is not going to bode well going forward.

Three positives:

1. Goanar is a Golden God

2. Better play in second half

3. Only 4 fouls in second half keeping with the trend of not fouling much so far. (TAKE THAT BLUE BLOODS! IF YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO PLAY US, WE WILL NOT FOUL YOU!)

For a team with 4 freshmen and no seniors to work back from 26 and make it competitive is some good stuff. Disappointed in the result but proud of the team's resolve. BUT gotta win the next game to take this bad taste out of our collective mouth.

I consider this our first loss. Louisville was a moral victory. This team got use to coming out soft, digging itself into a hole and winning it at the end. It didn't work today. Hopefully they play with urgency though the entire game and not just the 2nd half.

During the audio-cast, Bill Rohland stated that Boyd is nursing a gimpy knee that is a remnant from last season. Kier is still hobbled by a sore ankle since practice before the CSUN game. And, we were worried about Grayer's injury from last game—apparently, rightly so because he seemed a bit off.

Once again, eight players, four are freshman, two are sophomores. Mason is ranked among the NCAA D1 top 10 youngest teams. Our Patriots are tied with six other teams for third youngest at an average age of 20.0 (however, 32 of 351 teams were reported with no data from CBSsports.com).

With three players as walking wounded this young season is looking to be a lot more than a breezy cakewalk. But, who expected it to be.

Dave got the boys settled in 2nd half. Bottom line is La Tech could of beaten several top 10 teams with that shooting display.

We have a ways to go. Boys never quit. Good game to use to get better.

God bless Otis - kid never stops being the player he has been from the day he put on the Green and Gold!

Kier tried to flop and act like he got hit in the face - one of the replays showed that he missed getting hit in the face by about 6 inches.

We didn't play well - they did. Blah. Had this one marked down as an L anyway, but was hoping for a better showing. At least we don't have any quitters on this team.

It did look like before the flop he did get hooked a bit, but whatever. Wouldn't have mattered much anyway.
