Anyone know if the game will be viewable on campus. Does the RAT get espn2 or espnu?

The last time I went to the RAT (a few years ago) I'm pretty sure they had at least ESPN2. ESPNU might be more iffy, but I would think they'd have it. May have to call.

Any more wins in this tournament is just gravy. I sort of had GMU pegged with a garbage win in the biggest loser bracket, so it is all peaches and cream the rest of the way.

I watched their game today and we can beat them. Battle of the bigs will be interesting. They have a 5'6 point guard so Otis will need to light him up! If we can contain their Guards and 3 point shooting we have a chance. Grayer needs to bring identical game tomorrow as he did against Ole Miss. Need to turn them over a lot so look for Marko to get some steals/blocks.

George Mason has never faced Oklahoma State.

The Cowboys are banged up and may not be 100% tomorrow. Phil Forte dislocated his elbow in the first half, and only returned to the game for a few seconds immediately after halftime, then was benched. Jeff Newberry took a very hard fall in the second half after his dunk attempt was blocked at the rim, and did not return to the game. But we can't overlook them, they may just play angrier. Jeffrey Carroll stepped up with a career high 17 points in the second half vs Towson.

One main reason Towson lost today was that they shot 22%. OSU manhandled them in the paint defensively and was very physical, leading to lots of missed/blocked layup attempts.

Sagarin has us as 14 pt underdogs

Damn, I was fired up to watch the game until I saw that line. Oh well, let's see if we can prove Vegas wrong two days in a row. You know Oklahoma State won't allow Thompson to beat them after scouting us yesterday, so we better hope we hit our perimeter shots and limit turnovers.

The one thing we won't have to worry about is being man-handled in the paint.

The real question is, can Grayer, Abram and Otis continue their outside shooting?

Also, have to cut down on the bonehead turnovers. Keep it simple guys. Lob passes over the defense that go off the backboard or miss the mark by about 10 feet and through the legs backdoor passes that try to split defenders are just going to result in the ball going the other way.

I was proud of our overall effort against Ole Miss, but we had about 5 turnovers that were just what were you thinking yesterday.

Also a little worried if OSU can keep pressure on our guards. They did get rattled in a few spots in the second half.

Agreed. The key is making sure our mistakes don't lead to easy points the other way, like getting stripped or making errant passes. Bad shots from behind the arc also can lead to quick run-outs, so we have to be sure not to force things and to get back on defense. We want a game in the 50s. If this becomes a track meet, it will be a long day.

If Forte was 100 percent, I'd peg our chances of winning at somewhere between extremely slim and none. Players like him have been giving us headaches for the better part of the last two decades.

If he sits out or is significantly limited by his elbow injury, Okie State is a lot less formidable.

I would just love to win this game and get a shot at UVa in the final. Even if they smoke us, that would be a huge accomplishment and confidence-booster for our guys.

You aren't giving LBSU much of a shot, huh?
