36 points allowed set a new record for vcu and they clinched the #1 seed in conf. Saint Louis got a commitment from a 7ft 3 star recruit after our game with them.

We are like gift givers right now for the league.

1. I never invited Pav on here.
2. It's remarkable when people talk about other people behind their back.
3. If we are not careful this is going to become the fellowship of the miserable

I worked with Pav for a while - so if he messages me and tells me where we worked I'd believe him (the only way I'd believe). He knows my username. Definitely not his writing style, nor does he have the time to post much anymore, anywhere.
The real Pav isn't a douchebag.

Thank you sir :). It's called running a zone once in a while. Last year when we played GW on the road, we broke out a 1-3-1 zone and placed Greene in the center. GW couldn't handle it very well and we eventually brought ourself back in that game. I haven't seen any kind of zone defense this year, strictly its been man to man, switching or double the post. A zone requires a team to be very disciplined but it can limit the amount of chasing around the court a player has to do. Not saying its an end all solution but clearly what we are doing is taking away our energy on the other side of the court.

I don’t understand why we haven’t used a 1-3-1 at all this season. Last year, it was pretty effective at slowing teams down and keeping our short-benched team fresh. Why run these kids into the ground?

Trying to run an inside-out offense only works if your big has to be doubled when he gets it in the post. We should have become a drive a kick offense with Kier, Greene, Otis, Miller, and Hartwell’s ability to get into the middle of the defense. Space the floor, lots of offball movement, get into the paint, and look for the open shooter.

The 2006 Final Four team played mostly man all year.

Did yall know Coach L went zone vs unc in 2006 2nd Round? And Half court trapped them to start 2nd half.

LiL Dave needs to try something in Brooklyn.

I did know that. UNC was killing our man defense. We deployed zone quite a bit during the tournament.

Much appreciated. That other person isn't me. Thanks to the multiple people who pointed out that I have another imitator (first time that I know of at George Mason).

I'm glad Otis seems to be okay, I've enjoyed watching him develop and chatting with his Dad on Twitter.

I'll spare you chatter about the game, and leave yall be. If I were you I would move on quickly, it's not worth dwelling on.
