No, of course I don't sit him if he's not suspended. He plays at least 34 minutes tonight.
His suspension means nothing to your point. You don’t know how much Greene (our second best player) would have helped tonight if he played. That’s crazy talk. But keep doing you sir

A, you've made this exact same argument about having both Kier and Boyd healthy and available (do you want to go back and look at how much you don't think Boyd coming off the bench would have helped this team any?).

And, B, it's about the total team dynamics. I thought XJ, Hartwell, and Miller played really well together in the second half (sure, XJ got blocked a few too many times going to the hoop, but Greene probably would have too).

Is Miller as aggressive tonight as he is with Green on the floor, for example, because we know he has a tendency to defer? Who do you pull off when Green is on the floor, Hartwell or XJ? Hartwell is the better shooter, but XJ was really getting up the floor and doing a good job setting up the offense.

The only thing I was trying to say is, as a team, I don't know if Greene being on the floor would have made this particular team performance better tonight against this particular team. I thought they really rallied and played tough.

As an individual player, of course he's one of our best player and if Greene is locked in, like we know he can be, maybe we win this game by 5, but he's also been inconsistent this year so I don't know. I hope he comes out with a chip on his shoulder and he blows SLU's doors off (and the rest of the team actually plays up to the same level).

A. Boyd <<<<<<<Greene but you take that straw man argument if you want.
B. If you seriously think XJ and Greene are similar like that then you do you man. Not even close other than they both turn the ball over way too much (nothing against XJ he shows a ton of promise)

I get what you're saying, sleeper, but we've also lost 12 games with him on the floor the majority of the time. So, forget I said it, we would have won by 10 points had Greene played. End of discussion.
