Lame attendance. Lucky win. I’m sure Frumpy Dave is feeling good about himself this AM.

Jeez a 1700 ticket drop off for a Homecoming with the best weather we've had since 2011? That's rough.

What happens when you drop that game to GW at home right after beating vcu on the road...that GW game was better attended, too.

Looks like the vcu game earlier in the season was the highest home attendance this year (6,513). If people are curious about seeing a top 5 team, maybe Dayton surpasses that.

Thats what I said just noticing it within 2 mins of sitting down in my seat and looking around the arena. I knew we had to have more people at the GW game.

This is probably the worst attended Homecoming game I've seen in 10 years.

How many returning GMU players were announced at halftime? I was in the green room during halftime pounding beers. A handful came in after they got announced which didn't seem long. Heard it was brutal for attendance player alumni wise.

According to DP, it was the best turnout of returning players in his 5 years: https://twitter.com/PaulsenDave/status/1231436025152573440

I may have missed it but I didnt think there were any from the Final Four team, were there?

I don't believe any Final Four players were announced.

Nate Langley, one of my personal favorites, was on hand, as was Bernard Wanjara. I thought Ben currently lives in Africa. If he does then he came a LOOOONG way to be here.

Thats because Dave's an idiot.... oh yea.... things are amazing everywhere is probably his response to everything.

Herring, Tynes, and Allen Johnson were in the green room. I talked to Herring as he mentioned the attendance for players was not what he had seen in the past.

Jai was out of town. Folarin is playing ball overseas, Tony is coaching, Thomas may be playing ball somewhere (?). Lamar was probably in Maryland doing Lamar type things. Fleming usually comes but he didn't attend this year.
