I'll be utterly shocked if we don't lose this game by 20+. Sad times at George Mason, tough to see any sort of light at the end of the tunnel.

If there are no rules that prohibit it, traveling Wednesday morning makes sense to me.

BTW, do you recall Towson men's basketball team getting caught in a snowstorm prior to a scheduled game at Mason, and the game was postponed? Also, one of Coach L's Mason teams was late arriving for a televised game at UMD after getting stuck in traffic.

I remember both the Towson and UMD examples. In both cases, the teams left way too late.

I think we left Fairfax around 4pm for a 7pm tip in College Park. That was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, which I think is even worse than the following day for traffic around here.

Listen, Duncan is a nice guy. Very supportive and thoughtful with his comments. I like him. But being a big supporter of vcu *and* Mason basketball is the clearest evidence of pre-crime I've ever seen. It pains me to say this, but lock him up and throw away the key.
