The saddest part is Byron Kerr went to Mason. I get that he works for GW now, but tonight he was working for ESPN and should have been much more unbiased and professional.Home announcers.
Idk man, his screaming into the microphone over every gw play was a work of art. He obviously took hints from the Lasalle announcer in style. The saddest part is Byron Kerr went to Mason. Byron Kerr used to be our play-by-play guy when our games were on radio--Bill Rohland was his "color" man. He also has done pre/post game stuff with the Nats. (https://about.me/byronkerr). He's been with GW for quite a while and clearly a "homer" for them.Who are these announcers!
He looks like Gru from the minions.Caputo is just an angry elf. I’d be angry too if I could only beat meac programs and end up irrelevancy every year. He probably needs help to reach the top shelf at the grocery store.
I think gw was a d2 program and hasn’t sniffed the ncaas under him.
It’s a shame because he was very likable when he was at mason but it’s obvious he’s extremely bitter towards Mason still.
To be honest I liked what the raspy voice guy was saying, just an odd voice for TVByron Kerr used to be our play-by-play guy when our games were on radio--Bill Rohland was his "color" man. Jimmy Patsos, who cares for his voice by gargling with razor blades daily, is frequently his partner on GW games. He was a head coach at Loyola (Md) for several years (once tried to stop Steph Curry by defending him with multiple players) after being an assistant to Lefty Dreisell at Maryland.
He's interviewed many a times.Did Mason ever interview Caputo? He looks like he legit hates Mason
I honestly think (fingers crossed) that this Saturday’s homecoming game we are due for blowout win.A win is a win. Mason still in first place. But how much longer can this team continue do it by standing around, playing one on one and not sharing the basketball?
