Thought about that too, but that long train ride back home on a weeknight sounds unappealingNow here is a blast from the past. Thinking about metro from ashburn station
Gosh, defensively this GW team is a mismatch nightmareHighlights from the GW game 2 weeks ago

Options that serve alcohol and are within easy walking distance to Smith Center are few and far between. I've always seen Mason fans at Tonic. There are deli and other options in the area, I just enjoy a cold one or two before the game.Is there an "official" Mason pre-game spot, or is Tonic it?
I am going along with my son, daughter and another long time fan.Thank you for posting this. Who else going to this?
You're doing a great job starting these threads. I love the Opponent summarization; your level of detail is educational and informative.Heading down to Foggy Bottom to see the game? Tonic at Quigley’s Market is the place to be for a quick meal and/or beverages before the game. It’s an easy walk to Smith Center from there.
This is the 2nd matchup of the year. We beat GW 80-77 in double overtime at EBA on January 18. We outscored them 11-8 in the second OT to pull out the win. Darius Maddox and Janel Haynes led us with 17 each. KD Johnson had 15 and Brayden O’Connor chipped in 10. Jared Billups was a monster on defense and on the glass clearing 16 rebounds. Five Revolutionaries scored in double figures led by Christian Jones with 16. There were 12 ties and 7 lead changes over the course of the game.

Boo.Thought about that too, but that long train ride back home on a weeknight sounds unappealing
I'll be taking the metro from Arlington. I live closer to GW than I do to Mason, so I don’t have an excuse to miss this one.Hi Guys, full time reader (from CAAHoops days), part time contributor here. Is anyone thinking about driving or taking metro from the Freddie Mac / Capital One area in McLean to the game? I was at the home game with my daughter and hated how many GW fans were there, hoping to reciprocate.
Not sure how to get them other than TicketmasterDoes any one have two decent seats at Smith Center for me? Or, give me a tip how to score a good pair for a fair price? PM me.
The sight lines at Smith above the 100 level and along the baseline are horrendous. This game is HOT and there's not much left for the taking.

Try the secondary market like stubhub or seatgeek. Stubhub had seats behind our bench .Not sure how to get them other than Ticketmaster

I'll bite. JB has been a great infusion on offense the last few games. He seems to just about be there defensively as well, but you can see they don't completely trust him on that side of the ball yet. Even last game there were a few possessions where Zach and others had to cover for him and re-direct him on some screens where he didn't seem to be on the same page as far as switching/hedging/fighting through. Like I said he's getting there and has shown a willingness to take a charge and put his body on the line, but it's clear CTS values defense first (Even Darius has been sitting in crunch time lately) and will give minutes to the guys he knows are going to be locked in on that side of the ball.Is it just me or does Justin Begg deserve more minutes than BO? Hope to see more minutes for Begg
