Lack of an elite point guard to control the game on the other side. But the defense was on point for all 40 minutes. Refs gifted them 4 points in the last minute to make this game closer than it should have been.

Q2 road win, which is massive, 3 game lead over current 4th place UMass. Tiebreakers overs Dayton, UMass, and St. Bonaventure. First time we ever swept Davidson? Not sure. Maybe we did last season (can’t remember if we played them twice).

Davidson was 10-1 at home before this game. Solid road win for Team Tony - seven straight during A10 play was not something I saw this team ripping off while they were still coming together during non-con. They are still vulnerable to offensive lapses, but their defense travels. They'll be a tough out here down the stretch.

Really good away team win. Everyone contributed on offense and the D was on point again. Really liked how Begg has stepped up the last coup!e of games. The offense runs so much smoother with KD at the point, more assists,occasional great passes, and I never worry when he is bringing the ball up the court. I wish he would drive and shoot more. Another nice win on to GW.
