I wish we had five Jalen Jenkins'...kid plays with heart and intensity, oh and he's really good too.
JJ is so good, even Hewitt can't hold him down.

Hewitt is calling it a "little rut" we're in.

Can we ban PMP..stop G Maps and go to a board to root for your school. Jesus must be some sour graduate from a lesser school or something.

LOL. I have a degree from G Mas. Don't fear the truth. Accept it.
I don't fear the truth - cannot stand people with no respect for their institution and will go down on the school when the team is having a crappy season. And like others - until I see your sheep skin I ain't buying your a grad.
I would settle for someone just to walk into Hewitt's office, point out that Carmelo is not on the roster, and ask if he would consider banishing the isolation one on four offense. Is it possible for a coach to realize his system is like kryptonite for his players and change it mid-season?

Can I ask a semi serious question? Is it possible that TOC is trying to sabotage the programs before he leaves? I mean, think about it. Coach L, our winningest coach in history of the program, took us to the final four in 2006 and could have done it again, brought in Hewitt since he had a "name." Do you think they are secretly bff's and just wanted to help his buddy make some more money before they both retire to Florida!?
Just a thought!
I'd rather he fix his nondefensive system. You can win games when you go cold or sputter on offense so long as you can defend. We can't turn other teams over, can't rebound, can't stop penetration into the paint, can't stop entry passes, can't close out on shooters, can't trap without fouling, can't force players into bad shooting positions, can't force them into dead corners or take away passing lanes.
We play defense in the second half of games and we'd be 16-3 just like GW.
That's certainly more than we can say for Copes, who once again picked up two early fouls and proved to be a non-factor.
