We traditionally play well versus St. Louis even going back to when they were the cream of the A10. Yes, we were 1-2 last year against them but they were close losses.

Mason: 76
Billikens 64

I'm sure glad this is on TV just in case we end up getting the wintery mix they are calling for Saturday.

Thats like asking if the Metro is ever NOT on fire.
Do they even have enough equipment to pull it off? I grew up in NH and snow would hit the ground and instantly be plowed. I feel like down here its two trucks and a couple guys with shovels trying to plow the whole DMV.

Has the DoT still not figured out how to properly plow/treat roads down there?

Not really but there really is nothing they can do if there is freezing rain. We were coming back from a game last year, and the Fairfax County Parkway was like an ice-skating rink. Cars were sliding off the road left and right. Hopefully, any bad weather comes later in the evening Saturday.

Ultimate trap game for me. It's a game I had penciled in as a win in preseason. It's a game we should win by 10 - 15.
The team is looking past them and concentrating on our huge rivalry against LaSalle? These kids are buying in and locked in, we win by double digits vs Paul Hewitt II.

Yeah as I'm sure plenty of people can attest to, we've all had some sort of life threatening experience going to or from a Mason basketball game. I think after the white out on 66 east after homecoming 2015, I won't be doing any more attending when the weather is threatening.

St. Louis loses tonight at Duquesne by 7 (but beats the 10 pt spread).

vcu at home kills GW by 30 while Richmond at home beats St Bonaventure by 17.

Fordham won on the road by 6 against Davidson.

Tonight's big upset: UMass at home beats Dayton by 12 even with Cooke back in the Flyer lineup. Saw the last 7 minutes on tv---very sloppy play both ways, lots of missed foul shots and layups.

Surprisingly Dayton only averages 65 pts a game

We play Richmond after SLU ... so yeah this could be a trap game.

Richmond is sitting at 4-0, potentially 6-0 and in first when we play them. Having swept them last year, I can see how a young team may get ahead of themselves.

fortunately we head into a "bye week" after St. Louis so maybe they're not going to look ahead. Unfortunately we'll be coming out of a bye week when we face a potential first or second place team.

It took me 5 hours to get to campus for that stupid Towson trench coat snowpocalypse cancellation from my office 12 miles away. :dead: That was when I realized it wasn't worth dying for Mason hoops.

And yes, that whiteout was no fun on 66 west, either.

Oh sorry I stand corrected. Yup could be a trap game.
