Our guys did alot things wrong tonight but the overwhelming difference in the two teams tonight was how we kept our shit together mentally. UMASS got frustrated and out of their game.

That is the mark of a great Head Coach in Paulsen. I am really happy to see what I am seeing on the court. Competitive, and poised.

Even in our loss to vcu, our guys stayed poised.

Very good win.

I thought Grayer played his best game of the season. Very active on both ends of the floor. It seemed like he came up with every big rebound and loose ball. He's really gifted; he played relaxed and under control. If he can play like this on a consistent basis, it would be a huge plus for the team.

Moore is really tough. Although he missed a bunch of FTs early, he hit them in crunch time.

Oh, and Paulsen absolutely coached his a** off tonight. He was very vocal all night. I really liked the zone look for several possession in the first half. The team was short handed and he coached through it.

It's well-documented that I'm a huge Dave fan and I do trust that he knows best, but he has to find opportunities to get Temara and/or Abram into the game even for 3-5 minutes.

I'm glad he did what he had to do to win this game -- opening A-10 play with two home losses would've been horrible -- but a 6 or 7 man rotation is gonna put a ton of miles on our guys' legs by March.

Once Kier is back, if we can steal even a couple minutes from the 9th man in the rotation, that's a couple minutes of rest for Otis or Marquise.

With Kellogs athletes, DP makes it to final four. It was like stealing candy from a baby tonight. We gave them a lead, knowing we could snatch it back when we wanted. Kellog is a disappointment. Looks like a cow licked his head.

In Paulsen's post-game presser tonight he mentioned Moore is still hampered and tightened up again at the half - so you may be on to something.

Really happy with this win. I was following it at work because there was a server issue and I couldn't leave. Saw the score and got more pissed than I was. Then we pulled it out! Haha wish I could have seen it.

Disagree about Relvao. He's not gonna be an offensive machine, but he fills valuable minutes, and fills them well. We need his size.

I'm also concerned about the thin rotation. The guys are gonna be gassed come Pittsburg. Hopefully I'm wrong, though.
