Kenpom has UMass:

1. Poor at turning the ball over when they are on offense and on offensive rebounding % (both in terms of when they are on offense and in the % of offensive rebounds they give up when they are on defense. Also they give up a high FT/FGA rate, something we are good at (although the latter is due in part to Marquisse's game).
2. Good at defensive effective shooting % and turning opponents over (as you mentioned).

UMass is a reckless, undisciplined and poorly coached team with a lot of high-level talent.

They run no real organized offense and jack up a ton of questionable shots, but that's the kind of team that can blow you out of the gym when they're hitting.

Hopefully our guys come out focused and determined -- no post-vcu letdown -- because we REALLY don't need to be 0-2 at home heading into two very loseable road games.
