Some point you have to get on your teammates. I get it, but most of OTIS shots are contested, its just whether it goes in or not. It's just sad to see a team that returned everybody put up 16 pts in a half.

I didn’t expect the game to be close but the first 10 minutes gave me hope. Then it seemed like everything fell apart.

I know it’s frustrating, but this is a buy game aka a practice for Kansas State.

That said the defense is playing tough but that can only carry you so far when you can’t get a bucket, wide open or not. Kansas state broke it open with the big run and probably won’t look back.

My question is, why would even schedule a team like K state. This was nothing but a major mismatch. Hey Brad I think the Redskins need you back. Mason needs to clean house. Recruiting, recruiting, recruiting. we need someone who can find better players. Not to say they aren't playing hard, just not the same level of talent. On to Alabama who is killing OU, last i saw 28 -0.

I mean previously Mason won 6 of 9 so they’ve improved. I do agree they should be able to compete and challenge them, but obviously they just don’t play to the highest level to win games like these.

Can someone please explain Paulsen's method for giving out minutes?! Clearly not to the best players so I am looking for a logical answer... I understand schemes where AJ doesn't fit the mold.... But I cannot comprehend the lack of mins for AJ and Boyd considering they are two of the only true athletes we have on the team against a team just outdoing us in all regards..

Barry Brown a 2 star, Stokes a 2 star senior... so I don't want to hear the normal excuses of either "better young talent that can score" or "more highly recruited seniors" that the Paulsen lovers often give him to scapegoat the real reasons we lose... Horrible system we have for offense, lack of defense and horrible game planning yet again

My bad, I underestimated the importance of scoring in basketball.

Seriously, it doesn't help that Mar and Greene give us nothing offensively in our half-court sets. K-State is a great defensive team, but our lack of weapons when Otis is MIA makes it so much easier to shut us down.

I think at this point the goal for tonight should be to not lose by 20. Out score them in the second half. K-State has obviously let up a bit.
