Everyone uses google maps now.

I use apple maps - google maps has been having some haywire issues lately. Now Apple Maps has traffic incident reporting like Waze so you can avoid the live fire zones in Norfolk.

If Mason has post season aspirations in March then the patriots need to win this one.


ODU is 7-4 that includes. closes losses to #17 Virginia Tech on a Neutral site, a 5 pt loss on the road to Davidson.

The end result is that ODU's NET ranking is #130 so a road victory on Norfolk means a NET Q2 win for Mason. If ODU continues to play well it would be profile booster on their March resume.

Honestly Mason's March resume is shot to shreds at this point as well as most of the teams in the A10. The only chance Mason has at the NCAA is really to win out or the auto bid, or something of that ilk. The league just isn't good enough this year. The NIT is also very tough to get into, so they would have to most likely finish top 3 in the league, plus make the A10 semis to have a chance. Tough bar to get to at this juncture.

Still a chance for a respectable season though.

As CKE said at the coaches show last night his goal in future years is way more top 100 teams (that means more games away in non conf) gotta start with the A-10 especially against the weaker teams we play on the road

Agreed. The fact that the defense stepped up in a neutral court continuing what they did at home seems like a good step. Now lets see if they take the step further and do it in a true road game that is tougher since its a rivalry etc. I would be very pleased if Mason finally got a top 4 A10 seed this year.
It wouldn't meet the bar I set completely this year, but I would be content.

Ol Dirty is a scrappy team on offense and D, they just wouldn't go away against VT. We have more size then them so need to take advantage of that. Need to cut turnovers down big time in order to beat this team as they will be in our face all the time. Need a solid game plan and can't come out flat. We are a better team, just need to show it. Oduro needs to step up and dominate.

Pretty darn good. You can occasionally taste the butter, but, could use a little bit more. It would have been a B+ except for the fact that it was prepackaged, and thus not warm. So, overall grade is: B.

Bad/stubborn coaching unfortunately has a lot to do with it. Maybe if he was taught to box out the traditional way, he wouldn't be constantly playing with foul trouble.
