Thanks - I didn't make the connection with Westfield H.S. coach Kevin Harris. When Dereck Franklin chose not to play in 2002-03, walk-on Kevin Harris backed up Raoul Heinen at PG that season.

Heinen, who averaged nearly 35 mpg during the 2002-03 season, would often anger Coach L with his deliberate European style of playmaking. In one memorable game, Coach L took Raoul out the game and castigated him in front of the Patriot Center crowd, replacing him with Harris.

Him, KD, Woody, Haynes aren't going to be scared of going in there, they have all played in big time environments and big games.

Gio and O'Connor may be a little nervous/anxious in the beginning but should/need to settle in and focus on the game plan.


Just concerned about being a little rusty shooting since we haven't played in a while. Also, Turnovers..... cannot turn the ball over 13+ times against this team and expect to win. Our guards must make smart, crisp passes and not try to rush things. Haynes and Gio need soft hands and must catch the ball and make their shots around the rim and rebound, rebound, rebound. Box out your man when the ball is up since I'm thinking we are gonna launch 25+ 3's in this game.

Seems to me our two biggest needs are,
1) Limit turnovers (find a true point guard)
2) Add a couple of good shooters.
