I don't understand how the team can shoot lights out on the road over the weekend but then shoots miserably at home. Certainly, Vermont is a better defensive team than W&M - but still, only Kier had it tonight.

That Vermont team was well coached but I don't think their players were better than ours. Paulsen def didn't set up the team to win tonight.

Kier played great and made up for Otis tonight. However, we got zippy from Greene. Additionally, our bigs of Reuter, Calixte and AJ combined for 8 points and 8 boards. (I will not count Mar as a big as my high coaching IQ tells me he is out of position...)

We turned the ball over 16 times, but they had only 5 steals.

We can't shoot 3's.

I'm wondering if we were picked to come in 10th in the A10 that I wouldnt feel as bad. hmmm. But we've now lost 3 buy games. ugh

We may be overlooking how good Vermont is defensively, and how good that kid Duncan is offensively. Guy was having a great game. At this point we are a solidly mediocre ball club. We'll win games against bad teams, but we will not beat any top 100 teams.
