Completely agree. Have to continue that stabilizing factor with the “hey we are building”. Although at this point I just don’t know if any of this is going to fruition. I think Dave might be running out of time.

Posters on here are part of the problem. The only reason Paulsen should have ever been extended was anNCAA appearence. Those are the expectations. 3 years NiT mininum then year 4 and 5 NCAA. If you do not get that done, you are fired. Anything else is unacceptable. This is why Mason basketball died. People on here continue accepting losing basketball. Its going on a decade now.

He did win 20 games in year 2 after 3 straight years of 20+ loss seasons. But an additional extension after that was probably not merited
