It’s about 100 games plus into Kim’s coaching career and he’s got nothing much to show for it other than a lot of talk and hot air, many MTE losses (some really bad ones) and somehow a contract extension.

He’s good for this year and probably next, but it’s getting late for him to figure it out.

I’ll be interested to see who ends up better after 5 years, Tony, Kim or Chris Caputo.

He just got an extension this spring. He’ll still have 5 more years on his contract after this year. But he’s going to have to stop riding Cooley’s coattails and win with his own players. Even this year his two best players are Cooley recruits. 3 if you include Hopkins but he hasn’t played yet this season.

Mason with its win tonight moves up to #79, 4th in the A10 after Dayton, vcu, Loyola, and ahead of URI and Bonnies.

SLU, which hasn't lost since Robbie Avila returned from injury (although they were all home games, some against mediocre or worse opposition) has a chance to improve its ranking on Thursday. 11 pt underdogs at #62 San Francisco who have only 2 losses, both to top 35 teams. A win over them would also help the A10 stay ahead of the West Coast Conference in the rankings.

Currently the Billikens are Kenpom #149, so they have a ways to go to be top 100. Lot of preseason hype about them with the Indiana St players that the new coach brought with him.
