So when does Hall join the portal? After his new team finishes their season or...?
I am a bit confused about how all this came about when he was out the last few games. However, I would love to have Hall back as well. I can see him exploding next year as well, especially working on passing, handling to limited the turn overs and more defense. Can we put away the pitchforks and torches for the moment?
He may very well up and leave. He could still stay though, but with all the negativity we could tip the scales as we know that some coaches and players see these posts, both here and on IG, X, Snap, Pony Express, smoke signals, singing telegram..., you get the point.
I would love to see him back as he's prime to explode in his Jr year with a bit more conditioning, training, and maturing over the summer.
Would hate to lose him this way if he has any desire to stick around.
There was a lot of speculation that he was out because he had already accepted an under-the-table offer from another team for next year, and that he didn't want to risk getting hurt; therefore news (read: rumors) came out about a faked injury and it snowballed from there.I am a bit confused about how all this came about when he was out the last few games. That is what people on here guessed what might have been going on - no merit to the speculation that he had an under the table offer. There was a lot of speculation that he was out because he had already accepted an under-the-table offer from another team for next year, and that he didn't want to risk getting hurt; therefore news (read: rumors) came out about a faked injury and it snowballed from there.

There is stuff going on, it just wasn't an under the table offer....and there were the cryptic comments made by Coach Skinn during the Duquesne post-game press conference—mumblings about the transfer portal and multiple transfers becoming the new norm. Sumpin' was going on. Who knows what HallGate was all about?
As usual, the people who know aren’t saying and the people who are saying don’t know....and there were the cryptic comments made by Coach Skinn during the Duquesne post-game press conference—mumblings about the transfer portal and multiple transfers becoming the new norm. So according to this I would go after FAIRFAX native, Dug McDaniel, a 4 star (out of high school) who play at Michigan. Averaged 16 pts, 4.5 assists. This is neat.
“Explore comprehensive rankings of college athletes in the NCAA Transfer Portal with the On3 Industry Transfer Portal Rankings. This authoritative list averages scores from On3.com, 247Sports, and Rivals, offering a unique insight into athlete movements.”
Hall’s prospective replacement is taking an official visit to Fairfax tomorrow. Make of that what you will.My only take on Hall situation......something is/was up.
Skinn doesn't make those comments out of the blue if nothing is happening or it was so under the table no one knew about it.
A school had expressed interest or had a exploratory convo with Hall. And somehow kids being kids.....someone opened their mouth to brag or the info got out by word of mouth....and voila Skinn finds out. Or it could have been total worse...lol.
If he stays great...if he goes...he goes. Nothing we can do about it.
Could be preparing for contingencies, not an indication that Hall is definitely transferring. Clearly Hall, who blossomed into a significant offensive force this season, has been noticed by other teams, some with more NIL resources. It would be naive for Tony and our staff to ignore that possibility that someone else will "make him an offer he can't refuse".Hall’s prospective replacement is taking an official visit to Fairfax tomorrow.
