I’m confused this year. The A10 had some really good OOC wins, but isn’t getting any love this year. Last year we got a lot of love and idk if it was deserving.

We are in a really good position to put us several games up on #5 and below (meaning staying in top 4).

We have locked in tie breakers over Dayton and UMass, which means we have to lose 3 games before they can pass us in standings (both have 3 losses).

Also at 3 losses are Duquesne and Loyola-Chicago, and we can secure the LoChi tiebreaker this Wednesday, while also giving them their 4th loss.

Keep winning at home with our relatively soft home conference schedule and the games at SLU, Duquesne and vcu are HUGE.

Mason is running the table up to the vcu game for a 12-1 record...then all bets are off in Richmond.

Just realized Memphis is ranked 19, which would put them right around a 5 seed, and bracketology has us as a 12 seed - how amazing would it be to beat Memphis, in Providence, while Okojie watches from the bench?

I’ve purchased my tickets to the game at vcu in anticipation of it being the most meaningful game of the year. Hope we can get a strong contingent to compete with the unwashed masses. I heard it took the average vcu grad 3 days to realize the water was out because of their infrequent bathing habits.

There is logic to the former, but since we are talking vcu, the later is the only option.

If vcu wins, SLU falling further behind us (and increasing our chances at securing a top 4 spot) is just the silver lining.

Normally, I’d say never vcu, but they’re Mason’s last chance for a quality win. Plus, a vcu win helps Mason’s chances for a top-4 finish.

Or should I bet on Mason winning the A-10 regular season title and hope vcu loses, giving Mason a shot to reclaim first place?
