2017-18 Schedule Thread

Have it on very good authority that W&M is a home game in early December. Also, very possible that NC Central is not happening even though it was rumored to be so. Thats all i can say about the subject at this point.

I actually dont have a definitive answer on Louisville, but i personally wouldnt hold my breath.

Clearly, Jon didn't do his homework. No chance we end up 10th.

I don't think we'll be that low either. He must be thinking losing Marquis and Jalen will be big losses (which they are) that can't be overcome by the leftovers and the new recruits. I'm hoping that the fan base's enthusiasm for the increased athleticism and greater depth is not just seeing the world through green-and-gold glassses.

We were picked 12th in the coach's poll last preseason...

Every team at the top of the conference lost someone significant off their roster, in some cases multiple positions. I think this is about respect for the program more than genuine talent evaluation at this point.

Considering the media's ability as talent evaluators, I put no stock in any of it. And I'm a member of the media so I know just how lazy and clueless most of these motherf*ckers really are.

As GK said, let them sleep on us. Barring a slew of injuries, zero point zero chance we finish 10th with this roster.

There are five games left to announce for George Mason's 2017-18 non-conference schedule. That quintet included four homes games and a road game. Check back each week as another contest is revealed.

All of a sudden I am feeling slightly optimistic about the Louisville game. Mason knows people heard about the rumor, and will announce that game last. They want traffic on their website, so this is there way of making us hahah.

Anyway from the sounds of it, the Auburn team could be ranked by December.

I remember when Drexel tried to impress the committee doing that in, what was it, 2007 ? And then they lost to W&M on the road and torpedoed their at-large resume (at least in the Committee's eyes).
