Saw the comment on Moe Ali Cox TD catch. Well last summer I saw him at the short pump mall, said hello and aked him if was going to give nfl a try, he was not sure. Anyway i shook his hand and the first thing i noticed was his huge hands. So NO Im not surprised by that great one hand catch.
Very engaging guy. CONGRATS, and best of luck for a long career as an Indy colt.

By the way, his dad was an academy coach at Dortmund at the same time Christian was there. He now is an assistant for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the USL. I think DC United should give him a shot to coach their newly forming Loudoun United affiliate, but they’ll probably want someone with head coaching experience? Andrulis is sitting at Mason and used to coach the Chicago Fire...

Tuesday night Nevada played Boise St on CBS SportsNet. The announcers said that Porter has now won 17 of 18 tips to start the game. useless stat.

What I did like about Nevada was their coaching staff all wore golf shirts. We typically see this in tournaments (Caymans, Maui, Atlantis, etc, etc) but its rare during conference play. I am all for this. I dont know why coaches feel compelled to wear suits. I know they dont feel comfortable in them. I realize not all coaches wear suits (DP doesnt keep his jacket on, Huggy Bear wears a pullover and Brey used to (still does?) wear the mock-turtleneck).
If I'm Nike, dont i want Coach K in branded golf shirt that fans might be interested in purchasing?

Give me a nice button down shirt and sweater like Lou Carnesecca back in the day - I totally think DP could pull it off.

But your right 52 - I think the shoe companies would much rather have the basketball guys wearing the gear like the football coaches do. I guess we should be thankful that they don't have to wear the uniform like baseball coaches?!?!

Moore is still in the G-League too, but with less impressive stats. I'd love to see some life size banners of our pro's on the walls of the concourse. I'm guess only the people that read this thread we have two guys in the NBA (hey, G League is part of the NBA!).

Would give more credibility to our program to the people that casually attend games - "Oh shit, I didn't realize they had some guys in the NBA, maybe I should come to more games!"

Shevon's Wisconsin team plays at the DC Go Go this Saturday, unfortunately at 7pm, and looks like that is the only game Shevon or Moore's (Iowa Wolves) teams play against DC.
