I found a way late last night to vote once every 2 seconds.

So I did that from 10:45 until like 11:30 (don't judge me). Got us to within 40 votes or so to close the 300-vote gap, then all of the sudden about 2,000 votes appeared for FGCU. Then another 2K. They must've launched a coordinated vote bomb just before midnight. Oh well.

Yeah--I noticed that as well. The same was true in FGCU's prior matchup as well. Given what Bricker indicated earlier on this thread, I suspect they had some automated way of voting. I'm not all that technologically savvy, but maybe there's a way of masking one's IP address?

I'm not terribly smart with computer, either. I used chrome on private browsing and opened a new tab containing the just the voting image. Click, command+R, repeat. Loaded fast without all the other nonsense from the SI site.

Hmm--every time I revisited the link after I had voted on that computer, it just gave me the tallies on the number of votes that each team had.

Did it work if you closed your browser and opened a new one? An easy way would have been to put something in your session so that it would just display the results. I didn't look at the mechanics of it at all, but that would be the first and easiest way to do it.
