to Jim, other than being super young, the roster construction isn’t bad if either Elvis or Blake showed signs they were going to break out at the 4 (this assumes only Oduro is leaving):

PG: Polite, Dinkins, Marsh
SG: Fernandez, Barron, White
SF: Gaines, Ball
PF: Jones, Nnaji
C: Henry, Ojiako, P. Oduro

That PF spot looks soooooft. But other than that a pretty good mix of experience and youth.
Based on Ticket’s response to @MasonFanatic on Twitter, I don’t have much confidence in him coming back. Would be a big blow.

Im over watching a recruits offensive highlight reels. After the Fernandez experience, i am looking at defense. He seems like he could be a fast and pesty defender. Any game film out there of his defense?
Yep. They all look the same. Dribble past a guy. Dunk. Hit 3 pointers. Never miss. No turnovers. Yawn. Don't watch 'em anymore. See you when/if you get here.

This kid is crazy atheleic. Just watched a video of him dunking an alleyoop at full running speed during a game. At 5'10'', that's pretty redonculous.

In regards to his very few offers, hopefully Jordan is just a late bloomer and really developed the past few months. It looks like he didn't get much playing time his jr year at Oak Hill so he probably wasn't on a lot of coaches radar. His size didn't help either.

Keep in mind Otis, similiar size had only 2 offers. Maybe 3 max. I'll take an Otis anyday.... That's what Swimmom said.

Yeah, unfortunately, I read his comments the same way. Ticket is kind of like a Swiss Army knife with his versatility, so it's tough to replace his minutes and skillset with just one player.
NCAA: So, Coach English, It has come to our attention that you have 15 scholarship players on your roster this year. Can you explain that?

CKE: Well, Ticket had the skills of 3 players, so when he left, we felt it was an even trade of his 1 scholarship for 3 freshman scholarships.

I’m thinking his Mason comp might be Andre Cornelius, who was also 5’10” and from NC, and could play above the rim.

Exactly what I was thinking and texted @MasonFanatic last night. He just didn’t have the hops like Andre.

He also ended up playing more off guard in college, but could play some point.
